Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leader in consumer products and research, is seeking a LAB Technician I to join their team. As a LAB Technician I, you will be part of the Consumer Products Lab supporting research, development, and quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: LAB Technician Location: Maplewood, MN (100% onsite) Pay Range: $18 to $22 Duration: 12 month contract What's the Job? Conduct physical and mechanical tests to evaluate product quality and safety Prepare materials and organize setups for various product testing procedures Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research protocols Perform mechanical performance tests required for research, development, or quality control Perform visual observations on competitor product samples and communicate results effectively What's Needed? At least 1 year of hands-on testing experience in a laboratory setting Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to perform hands-on testing using laboratory equipment Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills to relay test results clearly What's in it for me?
