Job Title: Lead Product Owner Job Type: Permanent Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore Experience: 8 - 10 Years Shift Timings: 11:30 - 8:00 PM Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Product Owner / Technical Product Manager with 8 - 10 years of experience in managing CPQ/configurator applications, workflow automation, and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product ownership, business process improvement, release management, and leading cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to enhance internal business applications, drive workflow automation, improve user adoption, and ensure scalable, business-critical solutions. Required Skills Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Solution Builder, or Automation Lead. Strong understanding of web application development, databases (PostgreSQL/SQLite), and workflow-driven applications. Familiarity with Next.js and Django applications. Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and release planning. Knowledge of CPQ, Configurators, Service Catalogues, Pricing Workflows, Estimation Tools, or Sales Operations . Hands-on experience in testing, debugging, enhancing, and supporting business applications. Experience with dashboards, process metrics, workflow automation, and continuous improvement. Ability to lead developers, manage technical debt, and drive application modernization. Understanding of SAP Services, Managed Services, or Enterprise Technology Sales is preferred. Key Responsibilities Own and manage CPQ/configurator applications and product roadmap. Translate business requirements into user stories, release plans, and product documentation. Improve application reliability, usability, workflow efficiency, and data quality. Lead backlog management, release planning, testing, and defect resolution. Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Proposal, IT, Security, and Development teams. Design and implement workflow automation and service configuration processes. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor adoption, compliance, and business performance. Drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous product enhancements. Guide technical teams and ensure scalable, maintainable, and business-focused application delivery.
