Job Description: Technical Product Manager CPQ Job Type: Permanent Experience: 3 - 6 years Job location: Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Pune Notice period: immediate Joiner Shift Timing: 11:30 - 8:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Product Owner / Technical Product Manager with 36 years of experience in managing CPQ/configurator applications, workflow automation, and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience in product ownership, business process improvement, backlog management, and release planning. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to enhance internal business applications, streamline workflows, improve user adoption, and ensure successful product delivery. Required Skills Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Solution Builder, or Automation Lead. Strong understanding of web applications, databases (PostgreSQL/SQLite), and workflow-driven applications. Familiarity with Next.js and Django applications. Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and release planning. Knowledge of CPQ, Configurators, Service Catalogues, Pricing Workflows, or Sales Operations. Hands-on experience in testing, debugging, and improving business applications. Experience with dashboards, process metrics, workflow automation, and continuous improvement. Understanding of SAP Services, Managed Services, or Enterprise Technology Sales is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Own and manage CPQ/configurator applications throughout the product lifecycle. Translate business requirements into user stories, release plans, and product documentation. Improve application reliability, usability, data quality, and workflow efficiency. Manage product backlog, releases, testing, and defect resolution. Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Proposal, IT, and Development teams to deliver business solutions. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor adoption, workflow compliance, and process improvements. Drive user adoption through training, support, and continuous product enhancements.
