About the role
Role & responsibilities Job Title Windows L2 Engineer Notice Period Immediate Joiners Only High / Urgent Requirement Key Responsibilities - Provide L2 support for Windows Server infrastructure. - Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual environments. - Administer and monitor Storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS). - Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents within SLA. - Perform server health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance. - Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when required. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service availability. - Maintain technical documentation and incident records. Mandatory Skills 1. Windows Server Administration 2. VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) 3. Storage Administration (SAN/NAS) 4. L2 Infrastructure Support 5. Incident Management & Troubleshooting 6.
