Role: Wintel System Administrator (L2) Location: Hansalpur , Ahmedabad Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Onsite Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / Graduate / Diploma Certifications: ITIL Trained and OEM Certified in Minimum One Technology Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and administer Windows server environments. Perform routine testing and analysis of security safeguards. Control, monitor, and verify compliance of security controls implemented by operations teams. Create, suspend, and delete security accounts and server endpoints. Resolve incidents and service requests as per established procedures. Implement planned changes including server configuration, upgrades, and repairs. Respond to client requests as per contractual requirements. Support and guide L1 team members whenever required. Prepare technical documentation and reports. Required Technical Skills Windows Administration Administration of Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Proactive monitoring and administration of Windows servers. Ability to create, modify, and manage alerts for server infrastructure. Storage & Server Management Disk and Storage Management. File Server Administration. Print Server Administration. Terminal Services Management. RAID Administration and RAID Configuration. NTFS Permissions Management and Troubleshooting. Infrastructure Services Working knowledge of FTP and SFTP services. Understanding of Active Directory Administration. Understanding of DNS Services. Understanding and working knowledge of Azure AD. Understanding of VMware environments. Knowledge of OS Migration concepts. IT Service Management Knowledge of ITIL processes. Incident Management. Service Request Management. Change Management. Problem Management. Required Skills Good communication skills for customer interactions and technical discussions. Good technical documentation and report-writing skills.
