The Opportunity UX UI Designer (5+ Years Experience) - Senior Your Key Responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior UX UI Designer who can independently drive end-to-end UX initiatives for digital products and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, stakeholder management, and enterprise UX. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX UI design activities across web and digital applications.Drive UX strategy, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.Conduct requirement analysis, UX workshops, and design discussions.Create scalable and reusable design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.Translate complex business problems into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.Independently manage design deliverables and project ownership.Present design concepts, workflows, recommendations, and UX strategies to clients and leadership teams.Prepare professional client presentations, storytelling decks, and workshop materials using PowerPoint or similar tools.Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.Support UX research activities, UX audits, usability improvements, and design documentation.Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall design quality and team collaboration. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in UX UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction DesignStrong portfolio showcasing web, platform, or digital product design projectsExpertise in:User Experience (UX) DesignUser Interface (UI) DesignInformation ArchitectureInteraction DesignDesign ThinkingWireframing & PrototypingDesign SystemsUX Strategy & StorytellingHands-on experience with tools like:FigmaFigJamMicrosoft AppsMiro or similar collaboration toolsAdobe CCStrong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.Ability to independently drive discussions, workshops, and project execution.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
