BIM Modelers / Draftsman

We are looking for experienced BIM Modelers / Draftsmen for a prestigious Data Center Project in Qatar . Candidates must have prior Data Center project experience. Profiles without Data Center experience will not be considered. Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting for Mission Critical Facilities. The selected candidate will prepare and maintain coordinated BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ELV, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Chilled Water, and Civil systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 . Responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, coordinated layouts, sleeve drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built documentation. The candidate will perform clash detection, model coordination, quantity extraction, and support multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. Applicants should have strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, coordination workflows, and Data Center construction practices. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams on large-scale Mission Critical Facilities is essential. Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 5 years of BIM experience with Data Center Projects is compulsory. Candidates without Data Center experience will not be shortlisted.
