Testing & Commissioning Manager Data Center

We are looking for an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager for a prestigious Data Center Project in Qatar . Data Center experience is strictly mandatory , and candidates without relevant Data Center commissioning experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in testing, commissioning, and integrated system validation for Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. The selected candidate will lead the complete Testing & Commissioning process from Level 1 to Level 5, including Integrated System Testing (IST), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Functional Performance Testing (FPT), Integrated Systems Testing, and client handover. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and commissioning authorities to ensure all electrical and mechanical systems perform according to project specifications. Strong knowledge of UPS Systems, Generators, MV/LV Switchgear, Bus Ducts, ATS, STS, Chillers, CRAC/CRAH Units, BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Security Systems, and Structured Cabling is essential. Candidates should have excellent leadership skills, experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams, and the ability to prepare commissioning schedules, test procedures, method statements, punch lists, and final handover documentation. Familiarity with international standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, TIA, and Uptime Institute requirements is preferred. Mandatory Requirement: Proven experience in Level 15 Testing and Integrated System Testing (IST) for Data Center Projects . Profiles without Data Center experience will not be shortlisted.
