As a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React and Next.js, you will play a crucial role in owning the client-side architecture of consumer-facing web products. Your primary focus will be on optimizing performance, scalability, and conversion rates, ensuring an exceptional user experience for millions of users worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Architect Scalable Web UI: Design, build, and optimize high-performance web applications using React and Next.js, including features like App Router, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG). - Champion UX/UI Excellence: Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement seamless, accessible, and responsive user flows that enhance user retention and simplify onboarding. - Optimize for Conversions & Traffic: Drive Core Web Vitals optimization to improve latency, SEO, and B2C transaction conversion rates. - Data-Driven Iteration: Implement A/B testing frameworks and integrate user behavior analytics tools to refine user journeys continuously. - Enforce High Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code, establish frontend testing patterns, and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines. - Feature Ownership: Implement dynamic listings, search capabilities, profiling, checkout funnels, push notifications, and deep linking strategies.
