About the role
The Technical Architect provides enterprise-level architectural leadership across application, data, cloud, and integration platforms. This role defines architecture blueprints, reference designs, standards, and reusable patterns that guide engineering teams, while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. This hands-on role drives the 0-to-1 build of functional MVPs leveraging AI/ML, generative models, and multi-agent workflows. Lead the hands-on prototyping and rapid incubation of emerging technologies (including Applied AI, Multi-Agent workflows, and Generative AI), solutioning with modern design patterns to safely and quickly extract value from legacy core systems without disrupting enterprise stability. Establish the technical foundation, sandbox environments, and engineering guardrails (e.g., cost monitoring, rate-limiting, and error-handling loops) required for the safe execution of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents. Lead technical decision-making, design reviews, and architectural governance, balancing competing priorities, cost, performance, and risk. Partner with solution and data architects to model and document interfaces between systems, including request/response APIs and asynchronous messaging. Demonstrated experience producing architecture diagrams, detailed designs, and technical specifications for complex solutions. Deep hands-on experience building 0-to-1 products or leading rapid-delivery engineering initiatives within a highly ambiguous environment. Proven engineering experience implementing LLM-orchestrated applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent state machines (e.g., Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, API-first design, and modern, fast-to-deploy backend/frontend frameworks.
