Database Developer

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-7 years of hands-on experience in database development. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and MySQL. Experience with MongoDB schema design and query development. Proven experience designing enterprise database schemas from business requirements. Experience writing optimized stored procedures, functions, and materialized views. Knowledge of database performance tuning and indexing strategies. Familiarity with REST-based application architecture and backend integrations is an added advantage. Preferred Skills Experience with database migration projects (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB). Exposure to cloud databases (AWS RDS, Aurora, MongoDB Atlas). Knowledge of Redis or caching technologies. Experience with ETL/data migration scripts. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for database deployments. Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting concepts.
