About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our dynamic team at Alp Consulting Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will lead multiple project teams, both internal and outsourced, through the entire software development lifecycle. Your responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and integrate complex software systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability. You will serve as a technical leader, driving system architecture, fostering innovation, and mentoring junior engineers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product development at a strategic level, work on cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with our business objectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. You should have between 6 to 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in designing and architecting complex systems. Expertise in systems and network architecture, especially with Broadcom Network ASICs and silicon platforms such as XGS, DNX, Trident, and Jericho, is essential. You should have hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, development tools, and software design methodologies. A deep understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle, testing strategies, and quality assurance processes is required. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Lead multiple project teams, both internal and outsourced, across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and integration for complex products and platforms. Own and drive the system architecture, ensuring effective design, scalability, and seamless integration of software systems across multiple platforms. Manage and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Review system designs and project activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, improve product quality, and mitigate risks. Provide technical leadership and domain expertise across cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives to foster innovation and best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing and new systems to enhance functionality and performance. Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical growth, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure rigorous testing and validation of systems, defining test strategies, debugging issues, and maintaining high-quality standards.
