AI Product Lead

As an AI Product Lead at FinAGG Technologies for LendingAgents.in, you will play a crucial role in building and growing India's AI-native MSME lending platform. FinAGG Technologies is a full-stack MSME credit infrastructure company in India, operating an RBI-authorized credit intelligence bureau (FameScore), a licensed Loan Service Provider, and an NBFC (QCF Capital). Role Overview: You will be the product owner, builder, and champion of LendingAgents.in, an AI-native platform with specialized AI agents covering various aspects like credit underwriting, GST intelligence, banking analysis, bureau interpretation, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the direction, defining the agent architecture, managing external developer relationships, and driving adoption across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Strategy & Roadmap: - Own the roadmap for LendingAgents.in from agent design to a self-serve SaaS layer for lenders and anchors - Define agent architecture, tool use, RAG pipelines, and memory - Identify new agents based on credit workflows, MSME data signals, and lender pain points - Stay updated on the AI product landscape and make informed adoption/deprecation decisions - Product Execution: - Write PRDs, agent system prompts, and tool specifications - Collaborate with the engineering team on API design and agent orchestration infra - Own the agent evaluation framework and manage LendingAgents.in's UX - Design interfaces for various stakeholders like credit officers, relationship managers, and collection agents - Growth & Adoption: - Drive internal adoption across various teams and measure agent utilization - Develop the external go-to-market strategy for lenders and anchors - Create monetization models, SLA frameworks, demo environments, and playbooks for BD pitches - Data & Intelligence: - Work closely with the data science team to translate signals into agent-ready tools - Manage the prompt-to-data pipeline and define data retention requirements - Ensure compliance with regulated lending workflows Qualifications Required: Non-Negotiable: - 4-8 years of total experience; at least 2 years shipping AI/LLM-powered products - Deep fluency with LLM APIs and experience with agentic frameworks - Strong product instincts and ability to work in a high-velocity environment Strongly Preferred: - Prior exposure to BFSI, fintech, or credit industries - Experience building B2B SaaS or API products - Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and Python scripting Joining FinAGG Technologies as an AI Product Lead for LendingAgents.in will offer you a unique opportunity to work on India's most data-rich MSME AI platform, alongside a founding team with a proven track record.
