Job Summary Role: Engineering Manager for Security Architecture Role Expectations: Lead and mentor the Security Architecture team, ensuring consistent, high-quality security reviews and risk assessments. Provide oversight and governance for security risk evaluations, including waivers, exceptions, and IPT reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational risk tolerance. Act as the primary escalation point for complex security architecture decisions, review blockers, and stakeholder conflicts. Partner with business, engineering, and security stakeholders to identify and remediate process gaps, driving continuous improvement in security review processes. Establish review priorities, balance team workload, and allocate resources based on business impact and security risk. Define, maintain, and enforce security architecture standards, review methodologies, and governance practices. Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
