Automation Test Engineer - API/Playwright Testing

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts using Selenium and Playwright. You will develop and execute automated test cases for web applications and perform API Automation Testing using Rest Assured. Your role will involve creating and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript, as well as integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies will be essential. Additionally, you will perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution. Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribution to continuous quality improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
