Description We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications. Execute manual and automated tests, and document results to ensure software quality. Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing processes. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation. Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
