Principal Advisor Enterprise Risk Management Risk Reporting

As a Principal Advisor in the Enterprise Risk Management team at FC Global Services India LLP, a part of First Citizens BancShares, Inc., you will play a key role in supporting non-financial risk reporting within US-based Large Financial Institutions. Your expertise in working with complex and fragmented data environments will be crucial in interpreting and validating reporting results to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems of records. Key Responsibilities: - Assess data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to maintain reporting quality - Cleanse, structure, and integrate complex datasets from multiple systems and sources - Understand non-financial risk processes to identify discrepancies and trace issues to their source - Build and maintain checks, reconciliations, and control routines for data reliability - Investigate ambiguous data scenarios and reconcile differences through systematic analysis Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of non-financial risk metrics and data structures - Experience navigating complex data landscapes within large financial institutions - Expertise in SQL for writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries - Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and validation - Skilled in Power BI for data modeling and dashboard development - Experience in data management, ETL, and data accuracy checks - Detail-oriented, logical thinking, and collaborative skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline; Master's degree preferred - 9 years of experience in supporting non-financial risk reporting within LFIs At FC Global Services India LLP, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
