Workforce Analyst

You will perform data analysis and support HR-related queries through reporting, trend analysis, and data provision. Responsibilities Create ad-hoc HR data reports and conduct analysis on specific HR subject areas. Support stakeholders in acquiring and interpreting complex HR data. Manage user security in Visier, including new user setup and quarterly re-certification. Research and resolve data integrity issues across HR systems. Promote self-service data access through Power BI, Visier, and other applications. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing data within the HR domain. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of data visualization chart types and effective implementation. Ability to document requirements and translate raw data into informative visuals. Experience managing data integrity through validation and analysis. Knowledge of HR data structures and domains such as recruiting and organizational design. Any graduate degree. Preferred Skills Experience with Visier people analytics platform. Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query. Experience with Workday or Glint.
