The reputed company Research Clinical and Billing & Ambulatory Analyst will reputed company application support, optimization, and maintenance for two key reputed company modules reputed company Research Clinical and Billing (population health) and EpicCare Ambulatory (clinical outpatient workflows). This role is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance, supporting endusers, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with operational leaders to enhance workflows. The analyst splits their time between both applications, balancing daytoday support with ongoing improvement initiatives. Contract Length 2 years Remote, occasional travel, reputed company work hours Key Responsibilities Application Support & Troubleshooting reputed company daily tier2/3 support for Research and Ambulatory endusers, including clinicians, care managers, and operational staff. Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and break/fix issues. Analyze reputed company causes and implement sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues. Collaborate with reputed company TS, internal teams, and technical resources reputed company escalation is required. Build, Configuration & Maintenance Maintain and optimize build reputed company reputed company Research Clinical and Billing (registries, care gaps, attribution logic, reputed company measures, dashboards). Support Ambulatory workflows including visit documentation, orders, SmartTools, clinical decision support, and provider personalization. reputed company system updates, regression testing, and release management activities. Workflow Optimization & Operational Partnership Work closely with clinical and population health stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system enhancements. Assist with training content, tip sheets, and communication for new features or workflow changes.
