Senior Associate – Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud Migration(101523-1)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Senior Associate to support the migration of an existing on-premises ClaimCenter implementation to Guidewire Cloud. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and Guidewire Cloud experts to modernize claims capabilities, reduce technical debt, and adopt cloud-native best practices.

Key Responsibilities Guidewire ClaimCenter Migration • Participate in end-to-end migration from on-premise Guidewire ClaimCenter to Guidewire Cloud. • Assess existing ClaimCenter configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows. • Identify areas requiring refactoring, reconfiguration, or alignment with Guidewire Cloud standards. • Support migration planning, impact assessment, and execution activities.

Configuration & Development • Configure Guidewire ClaimCenter components including: o FNOL o Claims Lifecycle o Exposure Management o Reserves and Payments o Activities and Workflows o Security and User Management • Develop and enhance Gosu code, Rules, PCFs, and Batch Processes. • Implement cloud-compatible customizations following Guidewire best practices.

Integration & Data Migration • Analyze and redesign integrations with upstream and downstream systems. • Support API-based integrations using REST/SOAP services and messaging frameworks. • Participate in legacy claims data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities. • Ensure data quality, compliance, and auditability throughout migration efforts.

Cloud & DevOps Enablement • Work with Guidewire Cloud deployment pipelines and release processes. • Support CI/CD implementation and environment management. • Assist in troubleshooting cloud deployment and performance issues. • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for cloud readiness activities.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration • Gather and validate business requirements and user stories. • Conduct gap analysis between existing implementation and Guidewire Cloud capabilities. • Collaborate with Claims SMEs, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Testing & Quality Assurance • Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities. • Prepare test data and validate migrated functionality. • Resolve defects and ensure successful production deployment.
