AutoCAD Draughtsman & Technical Support Associate

As a Technical Support Associate based in Hyderabad, your role will involve working with the product development team on CAD-based tasks and documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling client support by answering queries and providing on-site assistance. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture who are comfortable working directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Support the product development team by preparing CAD drawings using our custom AutoCAD plugin. - Prepare and maintain clear, accurate product documentation. - Resolve product-related queries through multiple support channels such as the ticketing system, 1-on-1 online calls, and in-person meetings. - Work at client sites to provide direct technical support to clients and end users. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution. - Practical knowledge of local Development Control Regulations (DCR). - 12 years of experience in technical support, AutoCAD-based roles, or client-facing environments would be an added advantage. - Prior experience in on-field operations would also be an added advantage.
