About the role
As a Product Manager for AI-driven user enablement, your role involves defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for various AI-driven solutions such as natural language insights, analytics experiences, developer productivity tools, and enterprise chatbots. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and platform teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure solutions across cloud and enterprise ecosystems. Your responsibilities include: - Leading user discovery and research across multiple personas to address real pain points effectively. - Translating user needs into epics, PRDs, and evaluation benchmarks, and prioritizing features using impact-driven frameworks. - Building and maintaining success metrics around adoption, accuracy, usability, and performance for continuous improvement. - Advocating for governance, metadata quality, and knowledge management to ensure accurate and trusted AI-driven tools. - Communicating product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders to influence adoption and organizational alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-driven user enablement solutions. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. - Lead user discovery and research to address real pain points effectively. - Translate user needs into epics, PRDs, and evaluation benchmarks. - Build and maintain success metrics for continuous improvement. - Advocate for governance, metadata quality, and knowledge management. - Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 810 years of Product Management experience, preferably in data, analytics, AI/ML, or developer tools. - Proven success in AI/ML-enabled products with a strong understanding of large language models, NLP, and conversational interfaces. - Strong grasp of cloud technologies, enterprise data platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems. - Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery. - Excellent skills in user research, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling with data. - Experience in setting KPIs and evaluation frameworks for AI/analytics products. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage both executive and technical audiences.
