About the role
You'll have.... Education: High School Diploma Experience: Experience in manufacturing engineering
Demonstrated experience in accomplishing tasks and objectives
Proven problem solving ability
Six Sigma Green Belt certified
Previous production supervision
CMM, ATOS Blue Light Scanning, Creaform Hand Scanner, Polyworks basic knowledge
Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Required Behaviors Outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Proven critical thinker and troubleshooter to deliver industry leading quality
Highly committed to process improvement and innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset
Strong curiosity and passionate about continuous learning
Demonstrates inclusion and values diversity
Perseveres through setbacks and disappointments to drive results
Even Better, you may have.... Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience: Previous automotive and Quality Engineering experience
FMEA, PPAP, and DOE experience preferred
Six Sigma: DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience preferred
Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt certified preferred

This position is a salary grade 6- 7 and ranges from $72,480-141,360.
