You'll have... Bachelor of Engineering in related field or equivalent work experience. 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing/Assembly utilizing heavily or fully automated high-volume production. Experience with package attach / reflow soldering. Consideration will be given to those experienced with other joining methods (ex: other soldering methods or welding) Prior experience working in ISO clean room environment manufacturing power electronics Familiarization of ESD controls and measures for handling power electronics Data driven mentality and decision-making process. Application experience in computers and electronics. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to learn product function. Handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to be flexible and adapt to a dynamic working environment and diverse team. Mechanical and Controls Engineering aptitude. Project management experience.

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $74,300-$166,200.,

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
