About the role
Operation Excellence and Industrial Engineering Specialist - 1 Lead the development and implementation of business process improvements and methodologies to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Apply advanced industrial engineering problem-solving methodologies and lean manufacturing principles to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement. Use statistical analysis tools and techniques to analyze production data, identify trends and variations, and make data-driven decisions. Design and optimize production layouts and material flow paths to minimize production time, cost, and complexity. Conduct time studies, work measurement, and workload analysis to establish production standards and capacity planning. Create and maintain process documentation including flow charts, standard work instructions, and training materials. Develop project plans, manage project execution, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide hands-on training and coaching to employees on new processes and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving change management initiatives and promoting the adoption of best practices. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Experience 5-7 years in same filed. Contribute to the design and development of automation systems to improve operational efficiency. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operational and process excellence. Utilize this data to recommend and implement strategic changes. Serve as the key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to industrial engineering and operations excellence. Involve in the development and management of operations budget, ensuring all projects and improvements stay within budget and align with companys financial goals. Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping to visualize current state, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future state processes. Plan, conduct, and oversee process and performance audits to ensure standards are consistently met. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment, facilitate understanding of initiatives, and gain buy-in for change.
