Process Technician

Job Objective Support the set up of process specific production equipment as well as monitoring the processes in the running production Transfer of process parameter into technology development and manufacturing Duties and Responsibilities A Process Technology 1 Application of approved processes for new products 2 Supporting the definition of specifications for process specific production equipment 3 Supporting the supplier selection for process specific production equipment 4 Support set up of the process specific production equipment together with the involved partners 5 Determination and documentation of the process parameters and limits 6 Support the monitoring of the specific processes in the running production as well as suggestions and implementation of improvements with the target to improve the process capability and to reach the relevant KPIs 7 Support the analysis of process failures / faulty parts as well introduction of improvements
