Strong implementation knowledge of Moodle 4.0+, Should have a proven track record in developing Plugins and themes. Good in building responsive layouts . Capability in writing test cases. It is good to have exposure to third-party API integration. (SIS Banner, Salesforce, etc...). Understanding of GCP cloud services (Good to have)
