Job Title : SAP ABAP Technical Consultant (HR-HCM Focus) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with expertise in the HCM module to support transformation, enhancements, and complex technical problem-solving initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of technical knowledge, consultative capabilities, and experience with enterprise-grade SAP environments. Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical expertise for planning, analysis, and delivery of SAP solutions. - Develop, enhance, and support ABAP Workbench objects. - Customize SAP HCM schemas, rules, and wage types. - Integrate packaged technology effectively into clients' business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. - Contribute to pre-sales and internal practice development initiatives. Must-Have Skills : - ABAP Workbench development - SAP Customization : Schemas and Rules - Strong OOP / ABAP and software engineering principles - SAP Data Dictionary, Reports, and Forms (SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms) Should-Have Skills : - SAP HCM Modules : Personnel Administration & Payroll Accounting - SAP Customization : Wage Types - Proficiency in SQL Databases Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills : - SAP Fiori - NoSQL Databases - Microsoft Azure : Data Factory, Databricks - Scaled Agile methodology - GitLab version control - TDD (Test Driven Development) - DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
