Senior Salesforce Consultant (Mysuru)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves end-to-end solution architecture, Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, production support, and stakeholder management in a large-scale logistics environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. - Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Platform Events, and APIs. - Manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. - Design and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion CDM, ERP, Billing, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). - Own the complete SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Mentor development teams and drive Salesforce best practices.
