Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves end-to-end solution architecture, Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, production support, and stakeholder management in a large-scale logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Platform Events, and APIs. Manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Design and maintain integrations with MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion CDM, ERP, Billing, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Own the complete SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support. Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams and drive Salesforce best practices. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, Platform Events, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Fusion CDM, ERP, Billing, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Experience owning the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, governor limits, data modeling, and best practices. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with business users. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly preferred. Experience in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other enterprise integration environments will be an added advantage.
