About the role
Hi, We are hiring for Technical support(only experienced from technical support with good communication skills) Exp - 1 to 2yrs Salary - 32k take home fixed(Not Negotiable) Exp - 2 yrs and above Salary - 40 k take home fixed (Not Negotiable) Should be flexible to night shifts(no day shifts) 5 days working a week and 2 days week off Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday Free two way cab provided(*25 km radius) Work from office only. NOTE - Immediate Joiners only Work Location - Ramanujam IT city,Taramani,chennai Key responsibilities Ability to address customer concerns and provide feedback in a friendly, diplomatic and empathetic way; you treat customer problems like your own. Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS (Quality of Service) issues, including escalations to third parties. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions. skiled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, with an understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS.
