As a Data Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting business planning through advanced analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to provide visibility into business performance and operational metrics. - Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms and business intelligence tools. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automate recurring analyses, and enhance data accessibility. - Utilize approved AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support. Core Skills: - Proficient in advanced data analysis and problem-solving using tools such as SQL, SAP WEBI, Power Query, DAX, or similar. - Experience in data visualization and dashboard development with tools like Power BI, Excel, DAX, or similar. - Strong understanding of business intelligence, KPI design, and performance reporting. - Ability in data modelling, trend analysis, and forecasting. - Skilled in stakeholder management, business partnering, process improvement, and reporting automation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling with data. - Awareness and application of AI tools in analytics workflows. - Familiarity with AI agents and advanced prompting techniques.
