About the role
Role Purpose Drive data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting business planning through advanced analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into business performance and operational metrics. Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms and business intelligence tools. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring analyses, and enhance data accessibility. Leverage approved AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support.
