As a Digital Product Manager at Franklin Templeton, you will be responsible for the product management of generative AI products. Your role will involve defining the product vision, creating the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully launch products to market. To excel in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of generative AI, product management, and software development, along with a proven track record of effectively launching and growing products. Key Responsibilities: - Define the product vision and strategy for generative AI products - Develop and track the product roadmap - Gather and analyze user feedback in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Prioritize features and bug fixes - Work closely with engineers to launch new products - Drive product adoption and growth - Ensure product alignment with business goals - Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Actively engage in release discussions, prioritizations, and status reporting - Create articulate presentations to explain work - Lead internal team initiatives and suggest process improvements - Evaluate vendor products and suggest tools and techniques for efficient task execution - Collaborate with the research team on industry best practices and proof of concepts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering/Technology/Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines from Tier 1 universities/institutes - Relevant industry certifications such as CFA, CQF are advantageous - 8-10 years of experience in product management and hands-on product development - Proven track record of launching and growing products - Experience in SaaS products using Python - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Strong team player with the ability to thrive in ambiguity - Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability - Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a dynamic environment - Passion for staying updated on technological advancements - Exceptional decision-making and relationship-building skills - Excellent storytelling and communication abilities Join Franklin Templeton to be part of a culture that values employee well-being and offers comprehensive benefits to support your professional and personal growth.
