As the Director of Data Analytics at arenaflex, you will be the architect of analytics strategy, guiding crossfunctional teams to unlock the full potential of data across the organization. Role Overview This fulltime, remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30 and is uniquely open to candidates without a formal degree or prior experience in data entry. arenaflex believes that talent, determination, and a growth mindset are the true drivers of success. As Director of Data Analytics, you will lead a highperforming analytics function, partner with senior leadership, and champion a datacentric culture throughout the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap that aligns with arenaflexs longterm business objectives and shortterm operational goals. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Serve as the central liaison between internal teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) and external partners to ensure analytics initiatives are integrated, actionable, and delivered on time. Process & Framework Development: Build robust processes, governance structures, and bestpractice frameworks that enable consistent data collection, validation, and reporting across the organization. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach a diverse analytics team, fostering an environment of open communication, continuous learning, and high performance. Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders. Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and quality targets to assess the impact of analytics initiatives. Budget Management: Develop and manage the analytics budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. Technology Integration: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Customer Insight Enhancement: Drive initiatives that improve customer awareness, market share, and brand loyalty through datadriven insights. Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of analytics processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that enhance speed, accuracy, and relevance. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Proven track record of developing analytics initiatives that align with business objectives and financial goals. Demonstrated ability to diagnose operational challenges and design datacentric solutions. Experience leading crossfunctional teams and influencing senior leadership. Strong background in managing clientfacing programs and delivering measurable results. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisionmaking processes. Direct management experience, including hiring, performance coaching, and team development. Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for onsite engagements, conferences, or client meetings. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree or MBA (preferred but not required). Experience with advanced analytics programming languages such as arenaflex, SQL, or C.
