ServiceNow Developer-BCM -Technical Consultant

As a ServiceNow Developer-BCM -Senior Technical Consultant at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Business Continuity Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications specifically for Business Continuity Management, in alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Implementing and configuring foundational BCM data structures within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and relationships are accurately established. - Developing and implementing role-based access control mechanisms for BCM within ServiceNow to enforce data segregation and compliance. - Building BCM plan templates, documentation sections, approval workflows, and notification systems within ServiceNow. - Developing and executing data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of BCM plans and historical data into the ServiceNow BCM module. - Creating advanced reports, performance analytics dashboards, and indicators within ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into BCM program status and key performance indicators. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Business Continuity Management. - Proficiency in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, GlideScript, APIs, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and more. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required. - Experience with integration technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and industry BCM standards.
