ServiceNow - HRSD DEVELOPER

As a HRSD Developer at Fujitsu, you will be playing the role of a ServiceNow Developer on the ServiceNow Platform Team within the organization of Schneider Electric. Your expertise in ServiceNow development principles will enable you to collaborate within a team, receiving requirements and developing using ServiceNow best practices. You will join an existing team to continue the expansion of ServiceNow throughout the Schneider Landscape, primarily focusing on the HRSD, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Receiving, documenting, and developing requirements for the HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project - Following architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards - Providing technical guidance, performing peer code reviews, and ensuring software development best practices are used - Taking part in scrum development activities for complex requirements & project activities - Participating in issue resolution within ServiceNow Modules used at Schneider Electric - Creating/maintaining API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services - Working with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow - Collaborating with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience - Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents specifically in HRSD - At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a Sr. Developer / Developer - Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML - Understanding of ITIL practices - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Certifications required: - Certified ServiceNow Administrator - ServiceNow Developer Certified (preferred) - ServiceNow CIS - HRSD (preferred) Your education & work experience should include: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Experience within different modules within ServiceNow like ITSM, HRSD & Service Portal Development - 2+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform overall - 1+ years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Service Portal - Experience working on at least 1 end-to-end implementation of a ServiceNow module Fujitsu is committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants, believing that hiring people from a wide variety of backgrounds makes the team stronger by drawing on a wider range of perspectives and life experiences.
