Technical Consultant_HRSD Testing

As a ServiceNow Tester at Fujitsu, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing test plans, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow HRSD modules. Your role will involve working closely with development and business teams to understand functional and technical requirements, providing insights to enhance test case creation and execution, and performing system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. You will identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and enhancements in a defect tracking system, report testing progress to project stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation of testing activities. Collaboration with developers and testers is key to ensure comprehensive testing from both technical and user perspectives. Additionally, staying updated on industry best practices and new technologies relevant to software testing and the ServiceNow platform is essential.
