AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for production environments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines, optimizing model performance, scalability, and reliability, and implementing MLOps best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions that drive business value and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments. - Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring. - Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks. - Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability across various use cases. - Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and automation. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI development. - Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. - Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
