Job Title : AI/ML Engineer Experience : 5+ Years Location : Remote/Hybrid/Onsite Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-powered applications that drive business value and innovation. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments. - Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring. - Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks. - Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability across various use cases. - Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and automation. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI development. - Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. - Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus. - Exposure to AI agent frameworks and LLM fine-tuning techniques. - Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications and production-grade ML systems.
