We will advance Futuristic Groups global strategy through pioneering work in streamlined underwriting processes, AI, telematics, and analytics, providing critical business support functions across underwriting and claims. The PositionWe are looking for a SMART BI engineer to lead the complete overhaul of our reporting ecosystem. We need a domain expert in P&C Insurance who can step into a data-rich environment, modernize our legacy reporting, and turn raw data into high-stakes business intelligence that drives our Underwriting, Claims, and Finance decisions. As our Senior Power BI Lead, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our BI strategy. You would aim to Deliver fantastic, decision-grade dashboards that tell a story, building this with AI and ensure an AI led development and usage. ResponsibilitiesAudit and transform our current reporting landscape into a modern, scalable, and high-performance Power BI ecosystem.Build "Gold Standard" semantic models using advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL.Drive Domain Strategy: Partner with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance leaders to define and track complex KPIs (Loss Ratios, Policy Retention, Claims Leakage, etc.).Create executive-grade visualizations that provide "at-a-glance" insights for senior leadership.Ensure lightning-fast report performance and robust data refreshes even with massive, multi-source datasets.8+ years in BI/Analytics with a master-level command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M).Deep P&C Domain Knowledge: This is non-negotiable.
