Backend - NodeJs Developer

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Backend Developer with strong expertise in database design, performance optimization, and API development. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of backend engineering experience, building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You will work closely with architects, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Desired profile of the candidate Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js / Express.js / NestJS. Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance and scalability. Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra). Write efficient queries, stored procedures, triggers, and optimize database performance. Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) to improve application responsiveness. Ensure systems follow security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, access control). Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), and contribute to sprint goals. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards. Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
