Senior Software Engineer GIS ( .NET & JavaScript )

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in GIS-based application development using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks, your role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing geospatial applications with seamless integration into enterprise systems. Candidates with prior experience in enterprise GIS implementations are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Assess inter-relationships with other systems to ensure compatibility and integration - Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to clarify program intent and output requirements - Analyze programs for ease of implementation, scalability, and data conversion - Review and optimize existing code for improved system performance - Perform system testing and coordinate with Project Managers for business satisfaction - Oversee the creation and maintenance of system documentation - Continuously enhance programming capabilities using modern tools and best practices Good to Have: - Experience working with KML data products/layers - Familiarity with Google Earth or similar geospatial visualization platforms Required Skills & Technical Expertise: - Experience with ESRI .NET API, JavaScript API, or equivalent GIS frameworks - Strong knowledge of geospatial libraries such as Google Maps API, Cesium, and OpenLayers - Proficiency in web development using ESRI .NET API, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS, and AJAX - Strong database skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL - Experience in developing and consuming Web Services such as SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON - Solid understanding of system design, integration, and performance optimization Key Competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Focus on code quality, scalability, and performance Experience: 6+ Years Education: BE BTech (CS/IT) or MCA Immediate Joiner.
