Senior Director - Product and Information Security

As a Security Leader at an established healthcare technology and revenue cycle management company in Bengaluru, your role involves shaping the Application & Information Security strategy to align security objectives with business and technology priorities. You will have the opportunity to lead the security initiatives, partner closely with Engineering teams, and oversee application security programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Application & Information Security strategy and roadmap, aligning security objectives with business and technology priorities. - Partnering closely with Engineering teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle and drive a shift-left security culture. - Overseeing application security initiatives including threat modelling, security architecture reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability management. - Providing leadership across cloud security programs spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. - Building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing security teams while establishing security best practices and governance frameworks. - Evaluating emerging technologies and AI-driven security use cases to strengthen the organization's security posture. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1420 years of experience in Information Security, with demonstrated growth and progression within the Security domain. - Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Application Security, including Secure SDLC, threat modeling, security reviews, and penetration testing. - Experience working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to influence security decisions and drive secure development practices. - Good understanding of Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments. - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external auditors. - Exposure to AI-related security use cases and a willingness to experiment with open-source technologies and security solutions.
