C Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at Gemtech PARAS, you will play a crucial role in turning cutting-edge research into production-ready reality. Your primary focus will be on building robust software engineering solutions infused with advanced machine learning capabilities. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Key Responsibilities: - Advanced proficiency in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Experience in backend service development using FastAPI. - Building and maintaining pipelines with vector infrastructure tools such as FAISS, AWS Open Search, or similar vector databases. - High proficiency in either AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, Step Functions) or Azure (Azure OpenAI, Functions, App Services) within cloud ecosystems. - Strong grasp of MLOps & DevOps practices, including monitoring, versioning (MLflow), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Leading end-to-end ML/GenAI workflows, from data ingestion and preprocessing to deployment and inference. - Architecting robust GenAI systems, including API design, data pipelines, and scalable monitoring. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into dynamic applications for seamless user experiences. - Writing high-quality, testable code and conducting rigorous unit/integration testing to ensure system reliability. - Resolving complex performance and reliability issues across diverse environments. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of professional experience as an AI, ML, or Software Engineer, specifically focused on building production-grade applications. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. - Strong software background with experience in version control (Git) and Agile development.
