About the role
Role :- Maintenance Engineer(FTE Role)Fixed Term Role Job location :-Jamnagar Face to face Interview location:-Gujarat B.Tech in Electrical,Mechanical,Instrumentation. JD for Electrical : -Inspection & Validation of temporary Electrical connections. Assisting RIL Engineer in Troubleshooting of Elect. Equipment / Systems. Ensure uninterrupted power supply during entire shutdown duration Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices Follow applicable HSE procedures/ practices JD for Mechanical :- Field Inspection of Critical Rotary Related Tasks Expedite / Follow up / Keep Track of balance field tasks Co-ordinate with the respective area construction, maintenance and contractor team and bridge gap Support in maximizing availability and reliability of rotary equipment at site Support to respective Reliability Engineer/Section Head in Critical Root Cause analysis & Troubleshooting of problems related to site rotary equipments Maintain Daily Field Observation Reports/Records Support/Execute LLF during Commissioning and Stabilization of Equipment Provide inputs to on equipment improvement programs for rotary equipment Assist in Maintenance / Overhauling / Repair of Rotary Equipment Inspection and refurbishing of used rotors Maintain the filled in Check-Lists / ITP documents of Rotary Equipment Preservation Activities of Rotary Equipment Interaction with vendor/equipment manufacturers in field. Ensure inspection of material received at MMC/Yard. HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)
