Site Manager Manage overall site execution, manpower, machinery and subcontractors. Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budget and quality standards. Monitor critical path activities and implement recovery plans. Coordinate with corporate, consultants and contractors for seamless execution. Resolve technical, operational and resource-related issues. Junior Site Engineer Supervise assigned work fronts and ensure execution as per approved drawings. Check line, level, plumb, dimensions and reinforcement before concreting. Monitor labour deployment, productivity and material utilization. Maintain DPR, measurements and progress records. Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Senior Site Engineer Lead execution of RCC, masonry and finishing works as per approved GFC drawings and specifications. Review structural drawings, BBS and method statements prior to execution. Monitor quality, productivity, material consumption and project progress. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and QA/QC teams. Verify quantities, contractor bills and ensure timely achievement of milestones. Shuttering Foreman Supervise erection, alignment and dismantling of formwork systems. Ensure line, level, plumb and dimensional accuracy of shuttering. Verify staging, supports and formwork stability before concreting. Coordinate with steel and RCC teams for timely execution. Monitor shuttering cycle time, material utilization and productivity.
