Key Responsibilities: Lead & Mentor Support and grow junior engineers through coaching, regular feedback, and career development. Build a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Technical Oversight & Delivery Own the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products. Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap. Hands-on Contribution & Collaboration Contribute directly to codebases and participate in system design. Work closely with Product and Design teams to bring features to life. Team Building Attract, interview, and onboard exceptional engineering talent to scale the team.
