About the role
Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in computer science principles, strong backend and frontend development skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. Required Technical Skills Software Development Experience : Minimum 4 years in full-stack development Programming Languages : Proficient in C# , VB.Net , Python , JavaScript , TypeScript Web Technologies : Strong knowledge of ASP.Net , HTML5 , CSS3 , SASS Database: Proficient in SQL Server Software Engineering : Solid understanding of Data Structures , Algorithms , and Software Design Principles Integration : Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries Web Services : Hands-on with REST APIs Architecture & Testing Familiarity with modern architectural patterns Working knowledge of TDD and unit testing Performance Optimization Experience with memory and performance optimization tools Development Methodologies & Tools Agile Methodology : Ability to work in fast-paced Agile teams DevOps Tools : Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins ) Familiarity with Jira , Google Analytics (if applicable) Deployment : Experience in production deployments and post-deployment support Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
