Manual testing of front-end, API and back-end layers; Conducting defect triage meetings providing details about the defects to the team; Writing test cases, executing tests and recording the results; Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance manual testing; Monitoring and debugging issues in both staging and production environments; Manual testing of front-end, API and back-end layers; Building and executing detailed test plans from functional requirements; Accurate and concise bug reports Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of environments and Explore alternate work arounds Individual Contributor for Testing from analysis to build delivery Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity if any ramp up in future Certification: ISTQB fundamental/ Advanced level will be added advantage
